Thank you for shopping with BPX Nutrition. This Shipping & Return Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, delivered, returned, and refunded.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms below.
Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed during normal business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Processing times may be longer during sales, promotions, holidays, product launches, or periods of high order volume.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
Shipping Times
Shipping delivery times vary depending on your location, selected shipping method, carrier, and other factors outside of our control.
Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed. BPX Nutrition is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, customs, natural disasters, transportation issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, order weight, order value, and selected shipping method.
From time to time, BPX Nutrition may offer free shipping promotions. Free shipping offers may be subject to minimum purchase requirements, exclusions, or limited-time availability.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
BPX Nutrition is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@bpxnutrition.com. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order has been placed.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once an order has been shipped and tracking shows that the package has been delivered, BPX Nutrition is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

Asking neighbors, household members, or building management

Contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or delivery investigation
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at support@bpxnutrition.com, and we will do our best to assist you with the carrier process.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@bpxnutrition.com.

We will review the information and determine if a replacement, store credit, or refund may be issued.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item or your order is missing an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@bpxnutrition.com.
Please include your order number and photos of the items received so we can review and resolve the issue.
Return Policy
Return Window
BPX Nutrition accepts eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused

In its original packaging

In the same condition it was received

Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number
For health, safety, and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened, used, damaged, or tampered products.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

BPX Nutrition reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy requirements.
How to Start a Return

Our customer support team will review your request and provide return instructions if your item is eligible.
Please do not send any product back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error made by BPX Nutrition, such as receiving the wrong item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items. BPX Nutrition is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees, handling fees, route protection fees, and other service fees are non-refundable unless required by law or approved by BPX Nutrition.
Exchanges
BPX Nutrition may offer exchanges for eligible items depending on product availability.
If you need an exchange, please contact us at support@bpxnutrition.com with your order number and details about the item you would like to exchange.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund if the return is eligible.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@bpxnutrition.com.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel it.
Refused or Returned Packages
If a package is refused, returned to sender, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address or customer refusal, the customer may be responsible for shipping fees, return shipping costs, and any additional carrier charges.
Refunds for refused or returned packages may be issued only after the package is received and inspected by BPX Nutrition. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Promotional Items and Free Gifts
If your order included a free gift, promotional item, bundle discount, or special offer, all related items may need to be returned in unused and unopened condition to qualify for a full refund.
If the promotional item is not returned, the retail value of the item may be deducted from your refund.
Products Purchased From Other Retailers
BPX Nutrition can only process returns, refunds, or exchanges for purchases made directly through our official website.
If you purchased BPX Nutrition products from a third-party retailer, please contact that retailer directly for their return and refund process.
